Quality Management
We have a 4 phase quality management system running in our factory:
Inline Quality Controller:
There is an anitial check for fabrics and accesories, to ensure they follow the requirements given by the customer i.e. accessories lists, styles, measurement specifications and pre production samples. This is made process by process to have a good garment quality.
End Line Quality Controller:
This phase checks the garment quality in the production line if it is appropriate with style- and measurement specifications. There is a double check of the garment parts to make sure, that the quality is in standards.
Pre Final Controller:
This phase checks the garment quality after pressing, if the standards are still appropriate.
Quality Assurance:
The quality assurance will manage a final check on the garment, before the products get packed and shipped to the customers. Then there are hopefully no defects in the goods to have a good quality.
